In addition to having served the City of Nocona as its Economic Development Corporation Director, Tom's affiliations include membership on the Nocona City Council, Board Member and President of the Tales 'N' Trails Museum, Board Member of North Central Texas College, and Past President of the Rotary Club. Tom is also a member of the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors, and has also served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the National Cutting Horse Association, and has established and fostered significant contacts all over Texas and the United States. Matt Fenoglio is a fifth generation native land and mineral owner in Montague County. He currently lives in Nocona with his wife, Tiffany, and their daughter, Emma. Matt graduated from Nocona High School in 1998. In 1999 he enlisted in the US Marine Corps, becoming a mortarman in the infantry and served in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon being honorably discharged, Matt pursued a career in firefighting and has been employed with the Fort Worth Fire Department since 2006. During this time he has continued to work with the family real estate investment business which buys and sells residential property and raw land, minerals / royalties, as well as leasing minerals and purchasing real estate notes. Currently Matt is involved with the Montague County Child Welfare Board in organizing an annual charity hog hunt to raise money to support various programs. As an avid hunter, he is knowledgeable of the quality of game animals in different areas of the county, and there makes for a great guide in this hog hunt. Matt loves spending time with his family, who also enjoy spending time outdoors. Matt realizes that buying or selling real estate can be one of the greatest financial decisions to be made within one's lifetime; therefore, Matt is prepared to assist you in buying or selling your next home, farm, or ranch. Paul O'Dwyer and his brother grew up on a farm in Ireland that had been in his family for more than 450 years, where they raised cattle, horses and sheep. Paul studied Real Estate before moving to Virginia and joined his family in running the Lazy J Ranch. After five years, Paul's love for the real estate business called him back to the industry. Paul is also an auctioneer, and he and his wife volunteer time to various community activities, including the Nocona's new Playground Project. Paul is willing to help in any way possible, whether you are buying, selling, or investing in real estate. His expertise, experience, and understanding nature will help get the deal done!

Gary Eldred is a native of Montague County with five siblings. During his teenage years he worked for area farmers and ranchers. After graduation from high school, he began his caree in the oil and gas industry, working for one of the industry leaders in the service business. After a few years, Gary went back to school and earned a degree in electronics. His degree expanded his job duties, and he traveled extensively to locations all over the world. After several years of traveling, Gary moved back to Nocona to spend more time with his wife and family. Gary plays an active part in his community, and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors. He is an avid tournament fishing angler and outdoorsman. His primary focus is now targeted on helping people with their real estate searches and decisions. Gary feels the most important decisions in life are sometimes related to either the buying or selling of a home, farm, or ranch.
